Fundraisers

JPAT’s raises funds each year in order to provide financial educational enrichment, teacher support, and general building support for Jefferson. JPAT also underwrites community building events for students, staff, and families. Three major fundraisers raise the majority of JPAT’s annual budget. Other fundraisers give families an opportunity to raise money for the school as a percentage of regular spending (the school gets a percentage of money spent at no extra cost to families).

JPAT’s 2017-18 Fundraising Priorities

JPAT is dedicated to supporting activities that promote educational enhancements for all Jefferson students according to the following spending priorities:

  1. Art
  2. Music
  3. Non-academic staff time (library, technology, etc.)
  4. Supplementary academic activities (extra-curricular activities, assemblies, etc.)
  5. Physical plant improvements (garden maintenance, improvements to play areas, major school beautification projects, etc.)

Three major fundraisers raise the majority of JPAT’s annual budget. Other fundraisers give families an opportunity to raise money for the school as a percentage of regular spending (the school gets a percentage of money spent at no extra cost to families).
